Digging through an older box of shooting stuff, I came across this powder horn that was made, I believe, by a departed member of our group, the Simon Girty Longrifles. I have another of his, so I did a little refitting and shaping and have decided to offer it to the Forum. The butt plug is walnut, the leather strap is 1/2" wide and the stopper is a violin peg. I have not punched holes in the strap so that if the buyer gives me a measurement, I will do that task or not. The buckle is brass.
