I don’t know if this is available already, or if someone could do this for me. I would like a powder Horn that’s 90% complete. I would like the plug fitted, the horn mostly sanded and completely filed at the spout. I would like to do the pinning of the plug, attaching staples for a strap if need be, and any final sanding, staining, scrimshaw that needs done to the horn. I am not looking to save money and expect to pay for this but I am in a truck five weeks at a time and can’t do the rest of the work on a horn on my own. I think a, "in the white horn" would work. What say ye?

Could be done. But there are a lot of variables such as....
The horn itself with regards to color, shape and size. Right or left?
"Completely filed at the spout"? File to a taper, or ringed, carved and/or engrailed?
A little more info on your thoughts and it could be had.
If I can find a maker I have the information in my mind. I just need to talk to a hornsmith to get it all worked out.
