    Someone "asked" for it.

    Would this work with other meats? Pork, mutton, poultry?

    I've seen recipes for all kinds of meats including shrimp.

    Though they may be 18th or 19th century recipes I have recipes for potted beef, Strasburgh potted beef, potted head, potted ox tongue, potted fowl and ham, potted turkey, potted beef to est like ham.
