Be careful of a member named TerryG. He said he knew someone selling a 50 cal Traditions Kentucky rifle. I sent that person an email and through several emails I ended up sending him $140 as a down payment. I still have not gotten the rifle nor any shipping info and have filed a fraud complaint against him. Also be careful of anyone with the email address starting with zipparodavid.

Hate to say it, but unless I can speak by phone and see the rifle via duo or skype
I am skeptical. Because we are trusting sportsmen we get targeted. Demand more
info. Go to Google Maps and put in their address. Then ask them what is the
color of their house. Also get local gunsmith involved for a "bore check"--real
quick the fraud is avoided. Sorry to hear your plight.

Thanks. That's some good suggestions. I've had 2 other people reach out to me so I'll try them and see how it works out.

Well it seems the scammer did get away with $150 of mine after all. The scammer requested that I said money through Paypal as a FAMILY AND FRIENDS transaction which according to Paypal I therefore I couldn't dispute the charges. I guess the scammers are smarter then me. So beware.

PayPal only protects PayPal, I did every thing right, won my case, and they still burned me for $740
