Just completed a very large Portmanteau. This bag measures 17 1/2" in length and the ends are 7" circles.
Made from 7/8 Oz. grade #1 tooling leather.
The strap measures 60" by 1 5/8" and can be lengthened or shortened to buyers' choice.
Bag was sewn with Victor's waxed linen thread using a saddle stitch throughout.
After sewing bag was given two coats of Fiebing’s oil-based dye and then a coat of Neat's-foot oil.
All buckles and "O" rings were hand forged.
This bag is designed to carry over one's shoulder and can carry 857 cubic inches of gear.
