Pretty much in the 200gr camp here. I shoot steel balls also, they can be dug out of the backstop and reused.


In the video, you can hear the ball hit the 100 yard backstop.

More powder.
Do not tightly patch anything in a cannon, pressure is your enemy.
You want windage (loosness) in a cannon so it wont become a pipe bomb.

Example-my 3 pounder is 2.91 bore, the ball is unpatched 2.85.
