Looking for the correct size ball and patch for this pistol. It is an older model. Was thinking .430 and a .010 patch?

If it is actually a .44 caliber gun then you are right. Although they don't offer a .430 diameter ball, Track of the Wolf has .433 diameter balls that should work well.
That is the size I used in my .44 caliber Kentuckian rifle.

Being a pistol, I do not recommend using a thick patch. In the rifle areas you will see people using patches that are .018 to .020 thick.
Usually a .010 thick patch works very nicely in single shot muzzleloading pistols. That's because pistols only use about half of what a rifle does for a powder charge so they don't need thick patches to seal them. The thinner patch will also make loading the gun much, much easier.
