Yes, it 's a good idea, but my range will be closed for deer season on 11/15 and won't reopen until 12/14, i.e., when it will be too cold to shoot.

Mad Irish Jack I got the target shot today :idunno: But it ain't much to look at. :redface: :shake: I went on and shot another target at 50 and manage to keep it on the paper. I'll send it to you Monday Jack. I hope the weather clears up where you can shoot it before the real Winter weather rolls in... :grin:

Are we doing the 2nd shooting in November as well? :shocked2: Or will it be the NEXT shoot?

If it's due by Novembers end I have plum dropped the ball.

No, it won't be due at the end of November. It will be the next shoot. I'm just letting everybody start early if they want. Winter contests don't tend to get a lot of participants.
The 2nd half will last until the end of January. You still have plenty of time.
I might run a whole nother different contest during January too.
