Capper I always thought that filling the cylinders, the compressing it with a ball was an accepted practice. That gives you about 40 grains. What is questionable practice is filling the cylinder compressing it and adding some more....then a ball. mine reach 50 grains( Dragoon Strength). I think that I could doing this get it up to 60 grains (Walker strength), but even I will not poke that bear. :shake:
