I have the below Lee six cavity .395 round ball mold which includes the handles for sale. It is an older/used one with some wear, but it still produces good quality round balls. There is one sprue cavity opening shown in the pictures - highlighted by the screw driver tip - that does produce a small wing on the sprue. I have found it gets removed when I tumble the balls.
