Joined a few days ago and been lurkin ever since. Thought it was 'bout time I said "Hi" to everyone. I bought a .54 GPR last year and it has ruined me for the rest of my guns! Now I want to learn about PC guns, clothes, trekking, and accouterments. This looks like the place. Thanks for letting me join.

Good for most weather. I advise building in arch supports if you are going to wear them a lot. Heavy lower light upper.

Thank you, SamTex1949. I'm VERY familiar with your neck of the woods. I lived in Houston, TX for almost 30 years. We escaped Houston to move to near Houston {Missouri, that is). We got here and are surrounded with Texas expats.

Welcome! I am sort of the same way regarding my .44 percussion Kentucky rifle. It has really caught my attention recently. Lots of good info and experience in these pages...
