Anyone familiar with the North Star West Officer's Fusil or trade guns? Is this a North Star West mark?

Does your lock look like this one

As I understand it the late Curly Gostomski's wife sold the North Star business to a couple of west coast guys around 1995, hence the name change to “North Star West”. I have a line on an Officer's Fusil that has this side plate marking, reasonably sure it is a North Star West, but looking for confirmation

My lock looks just like that. And yes, I did brought it from the West Coast guys but forgot their names. I know one is dead, maybe both. Did have a broken lock spring and Matt fix it at no charge. I really like my musket and shoot it most of all.
