No 10 nipples in place of 11?

Not that I know of.
It's the over-all length and orifice size that's the variable for the 6mm x .75mm that makes the difference in the factory made #10 nipples.
All the 6x75 nipples made for #10's are too short for the GPR and other rifles,,
You could make one to try(?). Take a common 6 x 75 nipple and chuck it in a drill,, run a file against it till a #10 cap fit's,,
