This is a very well made and unmarked .45 Kentucky style percussion pistol. it gas a 10" barrel with 95% blue and a bright, shiny bore. Wood appears to be Walnut with minimal handling marks. Well executed sight dovetails. Asking $250+ Shipping.

These are great pistols to have in places where any gun is frowned upon. Had one loaded in trunk
broke down with flat tire-trunk open gun laying there. Trooper stops to see if I needed help or tow truck. Sees pistol. Asks, What's that? Are you an actor? Is that a pirate pistol? I say ya just an old piece from pirates of the carribean-- he laughed. And that was in California CHP. So they are actually good minimal protection while camping AND appear the least threatening and look like a real antique to the public. Of course in West LA or danger zones you need an unmentionable.

That's nice, I see a wedge to hold the barrel in place. Where was that made?
