Note: Rifle from collection of contemporary muzzleloader builder Dan Coats. Nice custom .40 flintlock Longrifle. Lock made by Richard Herring, placing vintage in 70s or 80s. The browned barrel is 42" long with sharp bright bore. Maple stock has some nice figure. All fittings are German Silver, including patchbox. LOP is 13.75 ". Rifle weighs 8 lbs. Single trigger. $900 + Shipping. More pics later.
