After careful deliberation, I selected the Loyalist Arms 1738 British Heavy Dragoon, and got it from muzzleloadershop.com. Good folks, and prompt shipping. In fact, I couldn't believe that it arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

I knew not to expect perfection, so wasn't let down. Some inletting is nice, some leaves a bit to be desired. It seems heavier than i expected, and i suspect thats the stock; probably teak. "Proof fired" before they ship, so not afraid to shoot it. I did a quick powder shot, and it fired without a hitch, and plenty of spark.

Should be fun to learn on, while I consider building my own kit.
