Need some wood screws.

I want to replace some oval-head brass screws on a CVA patch-box and TG with flat-head slotted-drive screws that I can brown. #4 x 1/2" (head measures .210" diameter).
No local source.
Ideas for sources which allow me to order on-line will be appreciated.

I can see that you grew up when they still taught arithmetic and valued common sense and good judgment.

Since most modern screws on sale are Philips or zinc coated ect the most likely source might be an old furniture cabinet makers or the reclaim , junk shops ect . failing that go with steel screws ? Regards Rudyard

Zinc plated, you can sand that off. Or bronze, might look good?

While I was buying screws that I need, I bought others that I will use in repairing kitchen drawer guides (my wife chose birch kitchen cabinets many years ago, bad mistake, she's very rough on them) and doors.

I chose both plain steel and black screws, flat and oval.

Never hurts to have a few good ... around.
