Could it be that the fit between the stock and barrel is too tight, and with each consecutive shot the barrel is getting hotter and expanding? I had a rilfe that did that after 1 shot. After letting the barrel cool down for 5 or 10 minutes, the point of impact would return to the first POI with a cold barrel.
