Need help lost my avatar

I was messing in my settings and lost my avatar. I have tried placing the url in like it says, for a jpg image (100 x 66). The forum don't like it, says it is not a jpg.

I had the same problem. I use imgur and copied the bbc code and pasted it into the avatar area and it too said it wasn't a jpeg even though it was. after about 10 tries I saw an option to copy direct code and tried that one and it accepted it.
don't know if yours has that option.
