Need assistance identifying this Muzzleloader

Thank you for all the information you've found on the possible history of this muzzleloader. I had a local gun broker offer me $1000 for it but decided against it as I feel it is probably worth more than that.

I wish I could find out more. It would seem that the level of detail with this gun that it isn't just a simple one-off that someone did as there was a lot of work and skill that went into this!
