I'm not excited to be rid of this great little gun, but at the moment it's my only flintlock and I'd rather have a deer gun. Funds are too tight to just buy another at this point.

This was purchased from Tip 2 years ago, new. It has a Larry Zornes Mold and Gun Shop lock and a straight 3/4" .32 caliber 36" Green Mountain barrel. Very nice wood-metal fit.

Taken it out gopher hunting 3 or 4 times and it delivers. It's a very nice handling little gun.

I'm considering trading it for a .50-.62 caliber gun. My ideal is a .54 Cal longrifle, Lancaster, York, Bucks Co., or similar. I might also go for an English sporting style rifle and may let it go for just the right English-styled fowler. A good lightweight .50 cal longrifle could also fit the bill. Flintlocks only, please.

I don't think I am ready to sell outright at this point. I put the trade value around $1250.

I should clarify that I'm interested in American longrifles and English/European style guns, but not so much in later Leman, plains, Hawken styles.

Thank you,and good fortune in your quest

MTCossack,
I have a .54 Bucks style that I would be willing to trade. It is my build from 2012 and has been sitting in the safe since I test fired it...Allen Cunniff

I'll consider cash as well - $1250. May consider offers.
