Ladies & Gentlemen,
Just wanted to let you folks know of our recent experience regarding a split stock on our Pedersoli Cape Gun. The new firearm (purchased on sale) had set for several months before being used due to health problems and recovering from surgery.
The 5 inch crack in the forearm developed rather rapidly. The stock was fine the second time out for shooting and yet appeared in full blown glory two days later, when next loading up for a morning trek.
Notified Dixie Gun Works of the problem via email, that afternoon (late). They promptly responded the next morning (we are 4 hours behind them). DGW requested we return the weapon for their inspection.
We boxed it up and shipped it out. Less than ten days later, we had our toy back with a beautiful new stock in place.
Considering where we live (Interior Alaska), they could not have had the gun in house more than a day before shipping it back to us.
Under the circumstances, do believe this to be excellent service and speaks highly of DGW and their integrity as a company.
We look forward to doing business with them again. :thumbsup:
