Hi all just picked up a Mountain State Muzzleloader it is a full stock 50 caliber & iron mounted. Barrel is 33in. long 7/8" across the flats 1in48 riflin stock appears to be maple rather plain with a little character, stained reddish cherry color, it is quite a nice looking rifle. It is in unfired cond. a guy had it as a wallhanger. I know little about their rifles but am familiar with their other products. I paid eighty bucks for it. Does any one own or know anything about these rifles. It seemed like a good deal altho I am primarily a flint shooter maybee I"ll give it to daughters boyfriend before he buys (Pardon my language an inline) If anyone is ever in Cabela's in Dundee Mi. ask for that buckskin wearin crazy black powder shooter I'd be pleased to meet ya
