I happened to read in the regs this year muzzleloading revolvers between .44 and .775 are specifically noted as legal. This has been a grey area that I’ve called the DNR in the past.

Is this some kind of trick? How many "muzzle loading revolvers" are out there? Most cap and ball revolvers do not load from the muzzle.
