My 1860 came in last week, and I finally had enough time on the weekend to disassemble and clean up. Fit and finish on the gun is very good, and I found about the same burrs as Nameless did, and also cleaned up notch on hammer as I had saw duelist1954 video as well. I am well pleased with the action, and I may add another one while on sale to have a brace? I have some caps made and plan on shooting a few rounds today to see how it shoots.
