Still working on Mioroku produced DGW Mountain Rifle flinter. Missing tiny trigger adjustment screw. Called, learned all internal lock screws are also metric. How common are metric threads among various repo M/L's ? Asking before I get one buggered up on some others. Next in line is a Navy Arms Buffalo Hunter that's also a "project" and seen better days. DGW was, as always, helpful and polite.

If they came from outside the US, except for but not excluding England, they are metric.
Which may explain missing/buggered up screws on some used stuff we see floating around. Thanks for the info.
Probably best known name these days would be Pedersoli. Made in Italy, metric screws. As stated by Hawkeye2, if they were made outside the U.S., they will be metric.
