Cool morning last Wednesday, good day for a deer hunt. As you can see by the picture of the target my practice was coming together. Then Wednesday it paid off. The freezer was almost empty so I wasn't gonna let this one slide. First kill with my Pedersoli I bought here on the forum last winter. Love this gun and as my dad always says " MEAT ON THE TABLE"

My rifle is a Pedersoli frontier percussion 50 cal. I shoot 65 gr. Swiss 3f with a .01 wonder lube patch. The target in the picture was set at 50 yrds. The ball was found in the hide on the far side of the deer. I love fresh deer heart but dern the luck this one's heart was cut in two pieces.
