The horned toad says we should go to Mexico.
Nice map horn of western Pennsylvania, 1753-1758. Tansel style horn holds a large amount of powder. Apx. 21" along the outside curve, plus the spout plug, it carries either side.
The tip is turned whitetail antler and screws onto the horn. The spout plug is a carved beaver tail. The scalloped base plug was set with warm beeswax to keep things airtight. Would make a wonderful addition to your collection or displayed on a wall of rifles. $180 shipped. Thanks for looking.

Flint and steel has this on hold. Great past customer as well. 👍
Just a note to everyone. My wife has us dog sledding up in Quebec next week from 2/14 to 2/18 for Valentine's day(s). No internet, no cell. I'm not ignoring you if you contact me with questions in that period. Just dog sledding.
