Hey fellas I have heard that guys make flash hole liners from Allen head set screws with the socket being the powder chamber, with the base against the pan and filed flush with the side of the barrel. My question is how and with what do y screw it in with? With no slot or anything to gain a purchase? Thank you for your info.

You could cut a screw slot in the end then file it flat after installing. This won’t fit as well as a factory made one but you will save dollar and say you made it. A White Lighting also has a larger cavity on the powder side besides the counter sink head to seal up to the barrel.
