I don't know about locally as Greenes stopped gunsmithing but mine was made by Kashtuk Bowcraft (does beautiful work) in California... There are also some in Oregon, Gun Works in Springfield is my Go To when I need something unique and they do very nice custom work as well plus they're great to work with... Others may know more, I've only gotten back into ML a couple years ago after a long hiatus... I'm up north in the Everett area FWIW if you need someone to go shoot with...
I think someone in Skagit County Muzzleloaders may tinker with gunsmithing, I'd have to ask though.
I'm not sure if Rusty is still building or not... I do know some of those guys have a ton of knowledge tucked away in their noggins...
