I'm in! Ninety points and still not much of a chance! Been in it for over twenty years and keep trying. Perhaps with the study they are conducting on ticks there will be some extra tags available.

There are 550 cow permits for the study area. You can elect on the form, if interested, to move over to the separate lottery for those 550 if you miss on the general lottery. Your hat goes in twice.

I have to apply as a Non-Resident now. I apply to Maine and New Hampshire every year. I call it my annual donation. I have also applied in Vermont when they hold one. Even less chance there...

Well, for me, resident, once I get to 30 points and am 65 or older you get one guaranteed.
6 years to the 30 points. 65 in the rear view.
