made up a couple of new bags with horns. bags are 3 1/2oz cowhide, hand sewn with waxed linen thread, heavy brass buckles and hemp webbing straps. bag number two has a buffalo leather flap. both horns have oak plugs held in with copper nails and have violin peg stoppers, first horn had a couple small holes so I made a rawhide repair on it.

Very nice looking work. Some real good looking setups there!

Lookin' real fine.
Only problem with fancy stoppers is the fact that fancier they are the sooner they get lost. :shocked2: I just whittle simple ones and hold in my teeth while pouring. Can't lose 'em that way. And, I've only swallowed a couple.
