Finished my first Tomahawk turned out reasonable well. The head was purchased from Dixie Gun Works over forty years ago. It has a lot of rough cast marks on the head; I was able to sand and buff out most of the cast marks. The handle was purchased at the same time from Dixie Gun Works and use Aqua Fortas on the handle; I was hoping the tiger striping would pop out more. I used the hawk at a Halloween Costume Party this last weekend.






 
I think it looks great. I really like the acorn finial on the end of the handle too. :thumbsup:
