Today I visited a local business, which was more like visiting an old friend. Even though I was a new customer, Lester ( the owner) treated me like he had known me for my entire life.He ask me the stuff I was interested in and made a note, took my name and number. He also shared his interest in custom made flintlock rifles (which I am now saving up for).
I am now a customer for life and will recommend to anyone.
