I am thinking about building a barrel for my Lyman GPR. I am trying to find what breech plug would fit. The Thompson center looks the closest to what I have. Would the TC breechplug work on the Lyman? Also how would I go about attaching the under lug?
Thanks

Yes, but not as a perfect "drop-in",, you have to work to make it fit.
The "hook" section is a bit different, width is fine, but it's much deeper and a little longer then the Lyman.
I put a GM IBS in a Cabelas/(Investarms) Hawken.
I remember having to file quit a bit off the hook to allow the barrel to drop freely to the stock. And I had to remove some wood behind the tang for the extra length of the hook.
All easy enough to do with common hand tools.
Underlugs will have a few options, drill and tap or dovetail.
Ask in the GunBulders section,, or better yet just go there and read past threads about underlug install, there's ton's of info in the back pages.
p.s.
I always have a lot of respect for folks that read-up a bit before repeating basic questions that have already been answered 50 times.
You can tell when they have. Their research has given them basic information and any questions they have remaining tend to be more pointed about a specifc techique or stage in the process.
It's much easier to help at that point.
Good luck friend,,
