I have some rifle barrels I would like to have hand engraved, with simple words in cursive. Omaha NE to my knowledge and search has none. All inquiries in Omaha produced laser, and machine engraving only. Any help from the forum would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Larry

You might check out the Firearms Engravers Guild of America FEGA Member Engravers There are a couple of "Regular" members listed as being in Omaha. Another option might be contacting some of the jewelry stores that advertise hand engraving.

Thanks, I did check with two jewelry stores. The FEGA sounds like a good lead.

Hi Larry,
Steve Lindsay may be able to help. He is in Kearney, NE but is not taking on work. However, Steve probably knows engravers in the state who could help you. Here is an e-mail contact page for Steve.

I've always found him very helpful. If you don't know who he is, he is one of the world's best engravers of firearms and knives and the inventor of the Lindsay Airgraver, the best air assisted graver in the world.

Thanks Dave. Right now Van Angle with Firearms Engravers Guild is working on it for me. I will try Steve if Van does not pan out.
