Can anyone tell me why I'm getting so few responses?

Those things look like they could cut somebody, LOL! Nice work, I especially like the thumb notches on a skinner type blade, they give more control. These blades are what squirrel hunters would use, muzzleloading or not.

I don't know, but back in the '70's and '80's I made and sold a lot of hand forged skinning knives to local hunters in S.E. Texas for about $40. apiece and that included a sheath. Just simple tools, not any fancy stuff, just backwoods, well made and tempered.

Thanks , fellers. This is helping me to hone in on what I need to do.

I wasn't listing them, I was showing them in order to get feedback.
I am sorry , and it will not happen in the future.
If you are willing to make an offer, however ....... !

Thanks. Again, I apologize for the mistake. Although I don't quite understand why the post should be in accoutrements.

As a bladesmith myself I can tell you your work is excellent. It may be that people's disposable income is drying up and that will slow things down. I know my sales have dropped. If you haven't done so, consider putting them up in other places. Etsy perhaps?

Thanks for that , flintlock whisky. I figgered that after all this time as a member , I'd give it a go. Personally , I'm beginning to think that folks here are looking for something else , perhaps less expensive or more rustic. I'll just have to be true to what I do and try ( as you suggest ) other venues. Thanks again.

You'll find there's lots of 'respected mods' here. Those are some nice knives.
There's a set of rules and policies for the forum, in place for good reason. Zonie held everyone to them, but he's gone now, so until someone can step up and monitor the boards like he did, we all need to help out, otherwise this place is going to go south real fast.
