Keep It Simple Shooter

Wads between charge and projectile, be it PRB or conical, various lube concoctions and so forth. Most of my shooting has employed simply a charge of powder and a spit lubed PRB, nothing fancy. Now I realize that when hunting there may a need for patch lubes other than spit, when there is the need to leave your gun charged for extended periods. This being said when I head out for a day of shooting where I'll be loading and shooting without need to stay loaded for an extended period I keep it simple, a spit lubed PRB loaded directly over the powder. How about you?
