I have had an in-line rifle for fifteen years or so, it’s a Knight MK85 in 54 caliber and it is crazy accurate with the addition of a rear peep sight. I primarily hunt deer and elk but I’ve always wanted to find a custom (more) traditional rifle, which I just recently did.
I am also a bow hunter, duck hunter and I love to chase Salmon and Steelhead. I am usually remodeling a house ans I am currently working as an outside salesman for a construction company. Some people, like ex-wives, could argue that I spread myself a little thin at times.
I recently came across, what I am told is, a Bedford County Tennessee percussion rifle in 45 caliber. It has a very blonde maple stock, a mixture of brass, steel and silver furniture and is way too nice to be homemade. I am really interested in identifying the manufacturer, in case I need parts, learning more about traditional black powder shooting and, hopefully, having some fun along the way.
