.62 cal. 42" oct to round with rear sight. Stock is #3 Maple with vinegar/iron stain, finished with LMF stock sealer. L & R trade lock all iron furnature, aged some with cold brown.

I like the aging you did to it.
Have you been able to shoot it yet?
 
Looks good how long did you let your stain work before using and what type fo iron did you use and what oil did you use on the stock? I like that shade.

Oldarmy, yes it has been shot. I like to shoot them before I finish the metal so I can file sights and do the after.

Ephraim, I think I have had this batch of stain working for more than 8 month. The iron is the powdered stuff from under the chop saw in the shop.
I used LMF stock sealer to finish the wood.
