I really like the culture here. Laid back and self moderating for the most part without a lot of over inflated egos. I've been involved with other forums where that is not the case. There appears to be a lot of talented and knowledgeable members that give great advice.

Dunno about over-inflated egos, but I DO know that most of us here are very self-effacing and modest, in fact, of all the more modest people here there are some who take it to the extreme - but I doubt you'll EVER find a more modest person than me, even if I say so myself.
But then, I have a lot to be modest about.
I live in Eastern England, BTW, most of the time, that is. Else it's rural SE Ontario or Oregon.
