.22 cases for caps. The lead goes into the casting scrap. Aquila ,22,s $4.99 at cabelas 50 rounds.

Now that is interesting ! Are those CB caps, .22’s ?
Standard Aquila .22 Long Rifle. Heads off. Powder out. Dremel cutter one third top of the case. Wire cutter nipper inside case and rotate, Needle nose pliers to form the wings. tested on a Derringer W/Powder under the nipple. Ignites the powder.

The wings look really nice and professional but wouldn't it be OK to just cut the case a little shorter? There would still be the case rim to help handling and removal. Thanks for this ideal.
