Hello
Anyone recognize the markings in this pistol. I believe it was imported in the '60s

stay safe and thanks for the help.

The marking means- “ I am a flintlock pistol from Japan. I do not spark well. I will take oodles of time to get to work right.” But seriously, I’ve owned a few of these, and I have never seen that stamp.
 
and it is the only markings on it!
