Went on a trek. Broke my powder horn strap. Ugh
So I pull out my house wife to make a repair. I got some dog bone rawhide in my kit, I though hey
Cup of water, small fire to warm up, soak the raw hide. Had a pipe while it was soaking
Quickly I had a strap. A bit of wrap and horn was solid till I could get it home
But, after I got home and all was dry I liked it. So as long as it works I’ll use it
