I made this cannon with peep sights, and a rifled barrel, no problem hitting a small target at 100 yard.

No, it is machined out of one steel bar, 2-3/16” dia. by 14” long with a pressed in rifled barrel.
It is difficult to hit a barn door with my other small cannons of this size, (and larger), with the smooth bores.
This one, equipped with the sights and the rifling, makes it quite accurate.

is that a trailer hitch ball on that cannon?

a friend at work made a cannon similar to yours. He made it out of a hydraulic tube, installed a breech plug and welded a hitch ball over the plug. Sure is fun to watch him shoot it. flinch

This Cannon was at our December 2005 Shoot. Notice the stainless steel barrel and the trailer hitch ball on the end.
