Hey everyone. Glad to have found this spot. Looking forward to meeting and learning from you all and one day helping others. Im a firefighter here in S. Carolina. Retired USAF. Been in the fire service for 39 years and absolutely love it. One day I will have to get a real job to support my habits. Anyways, look forward to chatting. Stay Safe!

Welcome from south Georgia. I grew up in Charleston and went to the Citadel. Just retired from being in and working for the Air Force as an engineer.

I was stationed at Ft. Gordon, Ga., and a quick trip over a bridge would bring you to SC, at North Augusta, SC. If there were police chases, the papers would say, Chase Over Two States, but in reality it was just a mile or two! :) They did that with James Brown once. I recall Edgefield, SC, too.
