I didn’t make this, but I purchased it from Ken Netting and he makes these, I’m not sure how many grains it throws, but it’s far better than anything I’ve ever used before.

That flask looks to me like a surveyors plumb bob that has been hollowed out and a valve attached. I must have about of dozen of those plumb bobs in my old surveyors kit. I'm going to look into making something similar.
 
Mine with antique valve taken from a mashed flask.

Have had this for years, and it is one of my favorite ML loading accessories. I took a purchased brass tube primer and a small propane gas flame flare fixture and combined them. I then soldered a piece of brass in the flame opening, which is now the flask bottom. I also opened up the dispenser snout so if would flow quicker



i cheated. i copied Larry (Omaha). i just had to make one. not quite as nice as his mind you.
