It's kinda hard to judge 1/3 rd of a scoop like the directions say. I might try with the cap. How full are you filling the cap?
I scoop it full then dry tamp it.
Ends up about half filled when dry I use acetone and duco at 10\1 and the charge stays and works every time.

Thank you for the reply. That's why I like this place . I also dry tamp. When I wet tamped it pulled out the compound.

I struggled with wet tamping as well it was just a mess and waste of material.
I remove the tan bag and gently tumble mix the others in a small plastic pill bottle then dip from there.
Tamp in the lid put on tray for drops.
