Thats a nice looking project Moe. Have you looked through an older Track of the Wolf catalog? They showed their locks in actual size, possibly something is close. Otherwise Dixie used to have pieces built in Belgium. Perhaps they may know where to find parts.

thanks sorry i didnt respond sooner ,,read your response, lost my mind ,, and went to the web to look for parts,,found a lot of parts when i typed in the Dixie gun works..plus it lead to ebay and a guy about an hour from me with old parts for sale.. he just got to old to do gun shows anymore,,,found parts for other projects that i gave up hope on,,still no left lock that fits but the old man claims he has one,,so it looks like another road trip. guess thats just part of what we do ,,if it was easy everybody would do it,,if ya need anything just ask,,thanks again,,

Good luck Moe, thats often your best chance, old gunshops that saved lots of parts. Back when the gov was buying guns and sending them for chopping, there were lots of parts to be had, but that all seems to have disappeared.

now that prices are up people are parting with their stashes,,,,went to a place that usually has 8 guns in the case,,in a month there's 6 cases ,,10 or more per plus loaders and misc.,,on shelves,,,
