help!!! I'm lost

I have had members of the forum come to my house using GPS I guess, google maps, or is that the same thing, anyway, they alway end up calling me and explaining that they have been directed to a golf course that isn't even on the same road. This happens with things like Fed-EX too, but the crowning glory in this misdirection is a new propane delivery driver who delivered to the house near the golf course two months in a row and they weren't even a customer of their outlet. Luckily, my wife has taken it upon herself to straighten all that mess out, God help them, HAH!
My question is, how do I get this corrected? I can't find a way to contact these google earth, if thats what its called, people.

Had same issue with a towing company. The dispatcher told me that a particular phone brand, wish I could remember, doesn't work well with Google maps.

Suggest you start with your local GIS maps and see if there are any clues there.

I would be happy that they got it wrong. It makes you hard to locate is not a bad thing
